10 GREEN GIGAWATT FOR ETHIOPIA
Abundant Green Energy is the only way to prosperity
By 2021, Ethiopia has only 4,3 GWp of electric energy production for a nation of 117 million people. That is less than 10% of energy per capita compared to Vietnam or Indonesia.
Every year Ethiopian economy is increasing by $10+ billion dollars. This constant growth calls for new development of energy generation.
We believe that Ethiopia needs 30 GWp to be installed by 2035.
Government's electrification plan establishes that at least 35% (10 GWp) of country's generation will be off-grid (autonomous), and rural villages will be supported by mini-grids.
10 Green Gigawatt for Ethiopia is an initiative to develop strong energy supply for economic development of Ethiopia. We believe that is private business can be a driving force in the economic growth and long-term prosperity of Ethiopia. We believe that Ethiopian development will be achieved with Ethiopian energy, and see ourselves leading this energy revolution.

SOLAR ENERGY FOR COMMERCIAL USE, AGRO-PROCESSING AND INDUSTRIAL
10G will design, engineer, procure, deliver, install and maintain a solar electricity generation from 50kWp to 50MWp. Our global and local teams in collaboration with leading Ethiopian infrastructure construction firm will provide the reliable, efficient and aesthetically perfect solution. Uninterrupted power supply will be guaranteed by energy storage solution that can be battery- or nature-based. We will give 25 years warranty.

SOLAR ENERGY FOR ZERO-CARBON SOCIAL USE
10G is passionate about carbon footprint. Therefore we are passionate about zero-carbon hospitals, zero-carbon medical centers, zero-carbon schools, zero-carbon universities and zero-carbon tourist centers. We are ready to develop 100% off-grid installations of hybrid (solar+batteries) energy supply for social use. Projects will include a 'spillover' strategy that will allow neighboring rural communities to share benefits of reliable electricity.

SOLAR ENERGY FOR RURAL MINI-GRIDS AND INDUSTRIAL PARKS
National Electrification Plan developed by the Government of Ethiopia suggests that 42 million people (roughly 8 million households) will get their electricity from autonomous (off-grid) supply. 10G sees this situation as a once-a-lifetime opportunity to develop more than 10,000 rural off-grid mini-grids. 10G have developed a 'B-Zero' business model that will make mini-grid projects attractive for private investors while supplying households with essential amount of electricity at a tariff of 0.0 per kW/h.
